Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we receive most often about our services and process.
What is a bank instrument?
A bank instrument is a financial document (such as an SBLC, BG, MTN, bank draft or POF) issued by a bank that guarantees payment or provides collateral. Instruments can be leased, purchased or monetized.
What is the difference between recourse and non-recourse loans?
A recourse loan (up to 80% LTV) allows the lender to claim against other assets if you default. A non-recourse loan (up to 65% LTV) is secured only by the instrument itself.
How are instruments delivered?
Instruments are delivered bank-to-bank over the SWIFT network — typically SWIFT MT799 followed by MT760 — with verification via Euroclear, DTCC or Bloomberg where required.
Do you charge upfront fees?
On verified, qualified lease and monetization programs we do not charge upfront fees. Your application fee and service terms are set individually per client and confirmed in writing on your invoice.
How is payment collected?
Every client receives a custom invoice. Payment can be made by bank wire transfer or by cryptocurrency through NOWPayments (BTC, ETH, USDT and 200+ coins).
How do I track my application?
After submitting the application form, a secure access code is emailed to you. Use it to sign in to the member portal, where you can follow status, upload KYC and company documents, view invoices and pay.
What documents do I need for KYC?
A valid passport or national ID, proof of address, and for corporate clients: certificate of incorporation, articles of association, business license and proof of funds / bank reference.
Why is pricing different per client?
Because not all services and clients carry the same charges. Fees depend on the service type, instrument size, structure and jurisdiction, so pricing is always set individually by our team.
Do you issue instruments from my specified bank?
We work with mandated top rated banks including HSBC, Barclays, JP Morgan, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and Citibank. Specified banks are cleared against your transaction before issuance.
Is offshore bank account opening protected?
Yes. All client deposits receive tiered protection as part of our account opening service in regulated jurisdictions.
How do I become a broker?
Apply via the broker network service page. Our team reviews your experience and certifies you at Silver, Gold or Platinum level with corresponding commissions.
